    Registration fees include all meeting materials and food and beverage for all scheduled events. Travel and hotel expenses are the responsibility of attendees.

    2015 Hotel Accommodations and Meals:
    IRUG has reserved a discounted block of rooms at the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort at the rate of $179. The group will receive complimentary guestroom internet access for all attendees.

    Room reservations and hotel charges, including food and beverage costs (except for scheduled events) are the responsibility of the attendees.

    The OPTIONAL Resort Fee package is $9.99 per room night.

    Our group rate is $179 per night, single/double occupancy, plus tax. Group rates are available throughout the conference as well as three days before and three days after, based on availability.     Transportation to the Hotel:

    Shuttle Service: SuperShuttle provides discount service for IRUG attendees to and from the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort. The cost is $25 one way and $48 round trip.     Ground Transportation: Estimated taxi fee $25 USD (one way).

    Hotel Parking: Self-parking and valet parking is complimentary all attendees.

    Conference Attire: 
    Business casual attire is appropriate for all functions. You may also wish to bring a sweater or jacket (meeting rooms are often a little cool).

    Cancellation Policy:
    All cancellations must be received in writing. A complete refund of registration fees will be issued if received by March 9, 2015. A 50% refund between March 9th and April 10th. No refunds after April 10th, however, replacements for registrants may be made at any time without penalty.

    Reminder:
    Membership dues and all conference fees must be paid prior to attending the conference.


    On-Site Activities

    CONFERENCE CHECK-IN –Upon check in, you will receive your conference materials and identification badge, which is required to be worn at all conference activities. The Registration Desk will be located in the conference center outside the Grand Ballroom and will be staffed in this location throughout the conference. You are able to check in beginning Sunday afternoon at 4:00 pm.
