Registration Fees:
Registration fees include all meeting materials and food and beverage for all scheduled events. Travel and hotel expenses are the responsibility of attendees.

2011 Hotel Accommodations and Meals:
Room reservations and hotel charges, including food and beverage costs (except for scheduled events) are the responsibility of the attendees.

The IBM Retail User Group has reserved a discounted block of rooms at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate at the rate of $145. The group will receive complimentary in-room high speed internet access for all attendees.

The hotel is located in Orlando, FL, just 25 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and 20 minutes from Universal Studios and SeaWorld.

Our group rate is $145 per night, single/double occupancy, plus tax. Group rates are available throughout the conference as well as three days before and three days after, based on availability. The Cut-Off Date for accepting reservations into this room block is Monday, April 25, 2011. To reserve your room online, click on the logo below.

Meal Tickets:
Meal tickets for the banquet, lunches and other events are available for spouses or others who would like to attend these functions. Tickets can be purchased at the User Group's registration desk.

Conference Attire: 
Business casual attire is appropriate for all functions. You may also wish to bring a sweater or jacket (meeting rooms are often a little cool).

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be received in writing. A complete refund of registration fees will be issued if received by April 15, 2011. A 50% refund between April 16th and May 14th. No refunds after May 15, however, replacements for registrants may be made at any time without penalty.

Reminder:
Membership dues and all conference fees must be paid prior to attending the conference.

On-Site Activities

CONFERENCE CHECK-IN – Upon check in, you will receive your conference materials and identification badge, which is required to be worn at all conference activities. The Registration Desk will be located in the conference center outside the National Ballroom and will be staffed in this location throughout the conference. You are able to check in beginning Sunday afternoon at 4:00 pm.
