Call For 2011 Elective Session
Speakers
The Directors of the IBM Retail User Group will be
meeting to plan the agenda and elective sessions for the 34th Annual Conference. Many of you
have expressed interest in
participating and
submitting an elective
session proposal form.
There
are still open slots on the agenda for elective sessions conducted by the associate members and
their retail partners. At the planning session the board will review and schedule the requests in
advance to avoid last minute entries in the spring. This call is to Associate Members and
their Retail partners to team up now, and share their experiences, success stories, and promote your
Store System Solutions. If you have an experience or topic that you believe would be educational and
of interest to the group please complete a session proposal form.
Proposal Guidelines:
To ensure the representation of as many organizations and individuals
as possible, the Conference Program Planning Committee may limit acceptance of
proposals to two. In order to maintain a high degree of participation in
sessions, sessions are 45 minutes long and limited to two presenters.
Each session room will be provided with the required AV equipment.
Presentations
which include retailer participation will be given primary consideration.
