See packets for more detail. 2012 Hotel Accommodations and Meals: The IBM Retail User Group has reserved a discounted block of rooms at the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort at the rate of $169. The group will receive complimentary in-room high speed internet access for all attendees. The hotel is located in Summerlin, NV at the foot of the Spring Mountain Range in northwest Las Vegas. Quiet and dotted with golf courses, Summerlin represents a complete contrast to the bustle of the Las Vegas Strip, though the famous entertainment district and McCarran International Airport are less than a 25-minute drive away. Our group rate is $169 per night, single/double occupancy, plus tax. Group rates are available throughout the conference as well as three days before and three days after, based on availability. The Cut-Off Date for accepting reservations into this room block is Tuesday, May 4, 2012. To reserve your room online, click on the logo below. The group discount is automatically entered for you. Free Shuttle Service on Sunday May 20th: The Resort will offer complimentary transportation for attendees from the airport to the hotel on Sunday, May 20th. The shuttles will start running at 10:00 am and run every every 30 to 45 minutes, with the last trip at 3:00 pm. A greeter will be located on the same level as baggage claim across from Starbuck's holding a sign with the IRUG logo and they will walk you down to level zero where the motorcoaches will be located. The coaches will be 29 passenger shuttles on a first come first served basis. No reservation required
Meal Tickets: Conference Attire: Cancellation Policy: Reminder: On-Site Activities CONFERENCE CHECK-IN – Upon check in, you will receive your conference materials and identification badge, which is required to be worn at all conference activities. The Registration Desk will be located in the conference center outside the Grand Ballroom and will be staffed in this location throughout the conference. You are able to check in beginning Sunday afternoon at 4:00 pm. We are excited about the upcoming annual conference and look forward to sharing the many opportunities it presents with you.
